Just want to add that this mortgage is not for rental properties. Only for primary residences.

Due to the prime rate increase, the best three year variable rate is now at 1.85%!!

This three year variable rate is now at 2% (2.75% - 0.75%; i.e., prime rate less 0.75%). If you have a mortgage to transfer or for a purchase of a home, then contact Valueland to get it at www.valueland.ca
