Toronto (a.k.a."The Big Smoke") may not seem like the easiest place to be environmentally friendly, but this walking tour points out all the ways and places to find green initiatives in the city. Learn about the impact of cars and "phantom electricity", view a rooftop garden and a sustainable building, and learn about the efforts being made to live green in the city.

The walk takes place each Saturday all year, and meets at the corner of king and Simcoe Street (in front of Roy Tohmson Hall) For groups of five or more, advance booking is required.
