Yes. Real estate agents charge a total of 5% ... each making 2.5%. There are a few websites that are popular to sell your home by yourself. If a homeowner can list on MLS, at least you are saving 2.5% of the sales price.

It looks like that you are going to save money. But there are also problems like paper work or security of home visits.
